Mutual Aid call to Lexington

Administrative Member Michael Wilson, April 01

Second District Volunteer firefighters were dispatched on a mutual aid call to a motor vehicle accident on Pegg Rd involving 2-vehicles in Lexington Park Saturday morning, March 31st.

En route to the scene, Squad 6 was diverted to Great Mills High School to establish a Landing Zone for 2-patients to be flown out by Trooper 7.

No Caption Single vehicle accident on Point Lookout Road

Administrative Member Michael Wilson, March 27

While the county was operating under a Snow Emergency Plan, your fire and EMS volunteers were dispatched for a single vehicle accident not far down the road from the firehouse, 21 March.

Arriving units found a Ford Explorer laying on its right side off the southbound side of Piney Point Road.

The driver was unharmed, so fire and EMS responders returned to service while the Sheriff's Deputies continued ... (Full Story & Photos)

3-vehicle accident on Point Lookout Road

Administrative Member Michael Wilson, February 22

Your Second District Volunteers were dispatched for a motor vehicle accident on Point Lookout Road in front of Dyson Lumber at 0947 Thursday, 22 February.

Upon arrival Squad 6 found 3-vehicles with a Lexington Park ambulance providing patient care on 2-patients. Ambulance 67 arrived on the scene and took over patient care of one patient while the Lexington Park crew focused on the other patient.
