On June 22 at approximately 1714 hours, units from SDVFDRS were dispatched to 19960 block of Flat Iron Road for a reported single vehicle into a tree.
Rescue Squad 6 responded with Lieutenant 6 and arrived on scene establishing command. Command advised St. Mary’s that there was one vehicle off the roadway with one patient and requested Engine 61 to block traffic. Ambulance 68 evaluated patient and transported to St. Mary’s Hospital.
